Hi,
I've just de-registered and re-registered my Sure Signal as none of my devices seemed to be connecting and getting full signal.
It appears that my main number is now getting full signal but the other handsets in my house are still getting the poor outside coverage even though they are both registered and received the SMS to say they can start using it.
Any ideas what's up?

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
