I can get good signal via the Sure Signal, but my wifes phone gets nothing.
I have registered her number on the setup page.

Are the phone numbers your adding Vodafone Mobile numbers ?

Yes, the two additional phones I've added are both on Vodafone. Both Moto g, but think one is 1st generation and the other 2nd.

Very odd !
Perhaps try removing and re adding the additional devices.

Tried that several times, and re-registering sure signal. Still nothing. Both phones receive a text saying they've been added, but neither works.

Live Chat via a computer or 191 Customer services maybe able to check the account and assist.

Can't currently get through on phone, and Live Chat says it's currently 'offline'. Feeling a bit fed up tbh.

Both phones are on Vod. But many years ago, I ported my wifes number to Vodafone, but Sure Signal should still work for both phones, not just the primary registered user?
