Despite the network-checker saying we should have solid 2G, 3G and 4G indoors and out, we barely have enough signal to receive a text, far less any data.
My work supplied a Sure Signal and I've registered it and connected so my phone now shows 4-5 bars indoors and I can hear the conversation perfectly well, but people on the other end can't hear me. Calls sound choppy, broken up or just unintelligible.
I don't think this is handset related because when I'm out and about in areas with decent coverage it works fine.
Any ideas?

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.

Sorry for the delay - I've been away on holiday.
Lights on the Sure Signal are:
Solid Red on the left, next two lights are Solid White.
If I make or receive a call the final (right hand) light comes on Solid White. It goes off again a short time after the call ends.
The router is in another room about 30' away, so the Sure Signal is plugged into a Powerline adapter and is about 15' from where I want to use my mobile.
Laptops and mobiles connect to the same Powerline adapter by wifi and work fine for data but some calls are impossible - I can hear the other person fine but they can't hear me well enough.

@Iain-Mac I've had a look at your Vodafone Sure Signal from our end, however couldn't see anything which would be causing this issue.
Have multiple people reported that your calls sound distorted?

Pretty much everyone says it is distorted. Sometimes, people can't even make out who I'm asking to speak to and terminate the call.
I got 4G in the back garden this evening - don't think I've had that before, but indoors the signal is just rubbish.

Call audio issues may be down to your bandwidth and it may be worth contacting your ISP.
