Sure Signal registered to closed account

My wife and I have had several consumer and business phones with Vodafone over several years.  I've also registered numerous accounts - many of them now lost (using email addresses to which I no longer have access (e.g. old work email addresses))

On once occasion - I registered a Sure Signal to one of the accounts.  Now I want to add new numbers to my Sure Signal I am unable to do so.

Is it possible to deregister the entire box and start again with my current details?

Yes it can be deregistered providing that you are the original owner of the device.  One of the eForum Team will be able to look into the issue for you and will be along as soon as they can to drop you a Private Message.
