My 2nd sure signal was registered at 2.22pm on 11th December 2014 after my 1st exploded 2 hours after plugging it in
It was suspended through inactivity at 11.53 on 11th Dec
I called yesterday at midday and got it reactivated.
I was using it at 11.30pm last night
At midnight I got another email saying it was suspended though inactivity!!
How often do you have to be logged on to it, maximum of 30mins inactivity seems a bit short
Am I allowed to go to sleep or do I have to use my sure signal every 15 minutes
Would Vodafone reduce the price of my talk plan because I only get a service for 9-12 hours a day, I don't think so
Your company is a joke
3rd day running I am going to have to phone up to get it activated

Is it Vodafone's policy to suspend the sure signal every night?

Maybe this is the reason mine has stopped working. I have been away on business and at home very rarely over the last 4 weeks. I got home to find only the power light on. This was over a week ago (4th December) and I have not been able to re-establish contact with the Vodafone server since.
If the system is so overloaded that Vodafone have to knock people off to keep it working that is simply not fair, they can not be allowed to offer a system that doesn't work!! I am now tied in to a contract for just under 2 years and can not use my phone at home. Time to get leagal advise I feel.
Anyone else been bumped off the network?

I am greedy - I have 2 Mk1's to cover the area of the house and office and they have performed magically for the most part and not noticed them being deregistered. But I am deeply disconcerted by the forum tales of these things blowing up as the device are in a loft and a ceiling space - so unless someone hears the bang and smells the distinctive whiff of electronics (usually capacitors) going south, anything might happen.
And wouldn't it be nice if virtual network operators reselling the Vodafone network could also provided SS support? The Three signal box is the only alternative for those of us stuck in notspots.

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi Kay, have reregistered because I cant log in with my original user name
