I attempted to connect using my Sure Signal unit with no result. On investigating I discovered vodofone had sent an email advising it had been suspended due to inactivity.
Can anyone advise how I can restore the Sure Signal ?

The first LED is now stuck in flashing mode.
Reading through other posts, I may have had a firmware update error which resulted in the device being suspended.
12Jan15- SureSignal restored.
Spoke to an agent at vodafone who confirmed a sever fault. Restored my permissions in less than 2 minutes. I was able to use 3G the following day.

Same issue here
Bought a V2 for home and set it up only to get a message saying suspended due to inactivity within the first hour!

This is a very comon issue, same with me. I spoke to a guy on the Sure Signal Team and he said that my SS was de-registered. Only two reasons for this... inactivity or their server error. It was not inactivity, so it was due to THEIR server. He re-registered it for me and told me to give it 24hrs to log on, well it's been 3 days now and nothing. Vodafone won't reply to my messages, the seems they don't give a damn, so you have got no chance.
My contract ends this month, Vodafone won't be getting it again...
All I get now is a flashing system and phone light.

Once the Sure Signal has been suspended due to inactivity, it's very unlikely we'll be able to reactivate it.
We can take a look at this for you all, contact our Live help team.
If they're not there straight away, sit tight and an advisor will be with you as soon as they're available.

I have resolved my issue. I carried out a factory re-set (for the third time) and it may have been a coincidence or maybe VF have done something their end, but it has re-booted and is now running OK at the moment.
So, VF please don't let your server de-register me again :smileysurprised:

I have spoken to Vodafone several times over the last week.
It appears that their servers just decided to switch many sure signals off and now they cannot get them to work again.
I am only with Vodafone because of Suresignal as I cannot get a signal in my house without it.
My 2 Vodafone contract phones are useless without sure signal.
I have a feeling this could take some time to resolve but that doesnt help me much.
It would be good if Vodafone could give us some updates as how they intend to resolve this?
