I am getting frequent text reminders that my Sure Signal has moved and text messages saying 'we still do not have any details of the new location...'.
I have not moved my Sure Signal. It is connected to the same broadband service it's been on for yonks. I re-entered my post code for the Sure Signal settings in my account (even though its the same post code), but I continue to get these text reminders.
I started receiving these messages in December.
Is there anyway that these can be stopped?

So we can take a look to see why this is happening, let us know your serial number for the Vodafone Sure Signal.

Thanks for the information.
The Vodafone Sure Signal was reading as there being a change in the location.
I’ve reset this for you.
This should start working for you, if you’re still having issues, perform a reset of the Sure Signal:
The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This can take up to 6 hours.
