System has been working fine for years and is in regular use. No changes to other software, telephones, SIM cards or anything else. Have tried pressing the reset button on the unit, no change. Tried removing a user and re-adding the user, no change. Have taken two telephones to a different area and both phones are working and pick up a signal elsewhere perfectly well. Have then tried a full reset of the Sure Signal box and after a long time I have the "OK" light sequence as normal (1,2,& 4 ON, 3 OFF) but still no joy.
Reading other posts could this problem be resolved by having a firmware upgrade pushed to my unit which seems to have worked for others or do I need to do something else? Any help would be much appreciated as we currently have no operational mobile telephones in the house which is far from ideal.

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
