On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I can see that you deregistered and reregistered the Sure Signal recently.
Are you seeing the same lights and if so, which lights are they?
I can also see from your traceroute that you're currently using a BT Home Hub, please ensure the following ports are open, and that if you have a Smart Setup feature that this is disabled:
Ports to be opened for forwarding
IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall
I can see it's registered successfully, so once the above steps have been followed please perform a reset:
