Sure Signal v2

Hi, I've tried to set up a sure signal box v2, the power light is on but the other 2 lights are flashing.  I checked out some of your comments and I've reset my router and also the sure signal but that hasn't worked.  Can anyone advise please.

Did you acquire the sure signal directly from Vodafone?

 

Are you using Virgin as their is some customers having issues connecting to the device.

no, I got it from a friend but it was deregistered and re-registered to me.

 

I'm using a BT hub.

I can see that there was a location change, so I’ve updated this for you.

 

This can take up to 24 hours but it’s normally not that long.

 

Please perform a reset after the 24 hour period:

 

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in

After the above steps have been completed, allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
