I have been told by Vodafone the following ports should be open :
8, 50, 53,67,68, 123, 500, 4500, 1723 , 33434-33445
I can confirm that they are.

Hi rnurse,
This sequence usually suggests the Sure Signal is looking to autenticate on our network.
This shouldn't usually take more than 6 hours. Please restart the Sure Signal and try connecting it to your router with a different Eternet cable.
Please let us know if you continue to experience issues.
Thanks,
Matt B

Still no change after changing cable. Can you confirm my speeds above are ok?

Hi rnurse,
Your speeds are just about OK, but I notice from your Traceroute that you're a BT Home Hub user. We have known compatibility issues with certain releases which you can read more about here.
If you're in your 14 day cooling period, you're able to return your Sure Signal via 191 or in store.
If that has expired, please speak to your ISP about your upgrade options. BT Home Hub versions 4 and 5 don't seem to suffer from the VPN problem BT have had.
Thanks,
Ben
