Sure Signal v3 Red Light on, 2nd light flashing

I have just installed the v3 and can only get to this stage.  I have tried reseting v3 and router.  Any ideas please?

The hub is a ver3b. Which I have been told is ok?

Hi rnurse,

 

The BT HomeHub 3 can have compatability issues with our Sure Signal version 3.

 

You'll need to speak with BT about a new router, this should help resolve the issue.

yes but according to your website the ver3b doesn't!!  I have since ripped this box out and ordered a version 2.  no doubt will have the same issues with that, judging by the amount of problems put up on this website.

I'd recommend speaking with BT to see if they can send out a newer HomeHub.

 

The version 4 and 5 should have no issues with the Sure Signal 3.
