Sure Signal v3 and Sky Router

Hi, my work have given me a suresignal, this is confirmed as registered via an email from vodafone.

I have had it plugged in for over 24 hours but still get a red flashing light and solid handset symbol (one at the end) is solid. My router has DHCP ticked. amy ideas please
