since last week my sure signal 3 is not working . red light flashing 4th light constantly orange. called twice techn support who is telling me the service provider upgared the network affecting the sure signal. could you please let me know progress on this issue! it's extremely frustrating since we can't get any signal without the sure device. thanks joachim
