Hi prendo,
Thanks for posting. I've performed a resync for you. To complete the action, I'll need you to reset your Sure Signal and give it an hour to come back online.
For any other customers who have had a new SIM and want to resync, deregistering and registering your Sure Signal will have the same effect.
