Hi
I have a sure signal v3 and for about 3 weeks the only light on is the read one (power I believe). I have run all the tests mentioned in a previous post - see below. I have also spent 2 hours on the phone with your support team: unplugged, changed the ethernet cable, rebooted both my router and the signal box, tried it in a different location with a different router. no success. I would be really dispappointed if the sure signal doesn't work after 2 years especially as it's not free.
So any help would be appreciated.
thanks.

So it used to work, and has since stopped?
Has anything changed in your internet connection at home between the SS working and it not? New Provider? New Router?
On the VM hub, somewhere in the Advanced Firewall settings, should be an option for VPN Passthrough (or something VPN related) try turning that feature on.

It has worked fine until 3 weeks ago, same router same provider.
I'll check the firewall settings

there aren't any VPN settings in the firewall options:

Imagages didn't show for me.
But it is the PPTP and IPSEC passthrough options that need to be enabled.
