I recently upgraded from a iphone 4s to a 6s. and was sent a new SIM with the existing number, The Sure Signal will not work on the new phone. I know it is not the device as my wife is using it. I have spoken to support a number of times and they tell me the SIM is registered to the correct device ( checked serial numbers) and it should be working. I have set my phone to 3G as requsted and rebooted both phone and device, nothing. Any suggestions

When a SIM change has been done, you need to deregister the number, leave it for 24 hours and reregister. This should get the number working for you.
