Sure Signal3 - internet speed

Hello, I have a Sure Signal version 3 since Semptmber and it was working fine. It stopped working for the last 3 weeks and has only the power light on and the internet light flashes white all the time. I called customer services and was advised to upgarde my home hub from BT home hub 3 to 4. I did but made no difference. When I called again , I was told that my upload speed is the reason as it is 0.38 Mpbs and that is below the minimal speed. Although it has been working perfectly before and the speed was the same. However , I was told by someone else that even if the speed is not matching the minimal speed , it should working but with poor signal and that the problem is with the sure signal box itself. Would please assist me with that? Thank you

I received a new Sure Signal to replace my old one Only to find this one does not function with slower internet speeds. It was a great device but now I have a nonexisting mobile signal alongside slow internet. As usual in life those that most receive more. Sods law!

@dustymiller

Sorry to hear this.

What speeds are you currently running off?
