@meg321

I've done a resync of your Sure Signal.

Please leave it for 24 hours then reset the device.

It may take up to one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Hi there, I've tried resetting and even deregistered and deregistered after the resync, waited 24 hours but even the power light will nit come on now, signal here without sure signal is non existent so we're really missing it. Is there anything else we can try?

Hi Meg321,

It seems quite likely that you could have a degraded power supply.

The only way to prove that possibility is to try another power supply.

There's a reasonable chance that you mght have a suitable unit which you could test with that you could borrow.

There is nothing special about the Sure signal power supply, it's a fairly standard unit. Such units are used on mains powered external hard drives, P.C. monitors, printers etc. ..... someone told me only yesterday that he got his Sure Signal up and running with an old router power supply.

What you would have to look for is a 12 Volt .... with at least a 1.5 Amp capacity, although you might just be able to power up the Sure Signal with a 1 Amp unit.

If you need to purchase a power supply, they are readily available on Amazon or Ebay for about £10 - 12 inc. delivery.

Just search on each site for 'Sure Signal power supply'.

Good Luck,

Mike.
