Sure signal 1 resynch please

Please resynch my sure signal 1. It hasn't worked for several days despite a reboot several times. The serial number is 21221062488. the IP address is 86.141.36.34 speed is download:39.9 and upload: 7.94, ping is 22ms and the CMD run is as the attached screenshot

Thanks. Hasn't made a difference, just waiting for a new power adapter to arrive to see if that fixes it.

Great news, new power adapter did the trick! Amazing, would never of thought that was the problem.
