Hi,
Apologies if you've been through this troubleshooting tip thread.
My-sure-signal-has-stopped-working-what-should-I-do.
To add the device has a 24 month manufacturing warranty.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Thanks for the prompt reply, if I am reading it correctly it asks me to hold the reset button for 10 secs. I've done this and still nothing. No lights at all, I know the socket it is plugged into is ok. The unit is 4years old

@imiller9 - If it's in warranty (24 months) then please get in touch by following the steps in the private message I’ve sent.
If it’s out of warranty, you can buy a new Sure Signal online.
