Sure signal 3 stopped working

Hi, my sure signal 3 has stopped working, serial number 42152154961 I have reset it and the router, rebooted both and my phones. Then I de  registered and re registered it all to no avail. The lights are correct there is no signal at all though. Please help Asap as I have no signal at all.

I now cannot do anything with it at all, no lights and it's too hot touch so I have unplugged it.
