Sure signal and bthomehub

Sure signal has stopped working despite resetting as advised by tech team. Bthomehub2 has not changed. I cannot call 191 for help as no signal! Is Sure signal 3 easier to set up than my existing one? I am unable to do the diagnostics.

The SureSignal setup is the same for pretty much ever version.

How do you mean you are unable to complete the diagnostics? Do you mean the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread?
