Sure signal broken

My Sure Signal is not working

 

It did have a solid red light, but after a reset no lights are now showing, not even the yellow and green lights on  the Router connection at the back

 

Serial number is 40121040584

 

Ping is 12ms

Download 19.83 Mbps

Upload 3.08 Mbps

Hi @peterleigh123

 

I'm sure Vodafone Tech Staff here will take a look at your Traceroute. If they need to re sync it they'll do that too. 

 

In the interim msy I ask what Version the Sure Signal is ?

 

If V1 or V2 then may I suggest trying an alternative power cable as it's a known troubleshooting tip.  

 

They are available on eBay for around £10.

 

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

 

Please Note : If the Sure Signal displays ANY signs of internal failure / no lights then unplug it straightaway and contact Vodafone Customer Services.

 

A Sure Signal comes with a 24 Month Manufacturer Warranty.

even if the 24 Month Warranty has elapsed then going from previous members posts here Vodafone Customer Services have still helped.

@peterleigh123 I've checked your Sure Signal and noticed that it's location has recently changed. 

 

I've resynced your Sure Signal, which can take up to 24 hours to complete. Please ensure it's kept in the same location, then let us know if this has worked.
