Sure signal down for 10 days all lights correct just wont link to phones

Hi, We are in offices and the sure signal has worked fine up until about 10 days. weve range vodafone twice and been told the same thing twice. They have reset it 'their' end. wait for another 6 hours....

 

solid red light / solid white internet light / solid white network light

 

all staff are getting very fed up and cant use the phones!

 

we have tried turning off 4G on teh phones and rebooting them. its obviously faulty...

 

PLEASE HELP

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Just so you know, on that trouble shooting guide on the V3 sure signal the final link that i would use Click here if all lights are fine, but you don’t have any 3G signal.doesnt work.

 

I will check the ping etc and post back

I've just checked your Sure Signal and I can see that it last made contact with our server 21 November at 3.16pm. Can you let us know if the problem still exisits.

 

If so, could you post all the results we've requested in the earlier post please?

it was working yesterday and stopped again today :Sad_face: we are a business with 12 lines and there is NO signal without this. my boss is not happy so if its faulty which i think it is, can we not just exchange it? ive done all the tests and been told 3 times updates etc arer being sent from vodafone and to allow 6 hours. weve allowed nearly 2 weeks and nothing has changed our end? :Sad_face:

 

speed test - ping 27ms download 25.04 upload 6.10
