Sure signal, how do I take over from a previous owner who has no account?

My company has a sure signal box but has no account with vodafone any more, is there a way I can take it over?

Hi there

What you need to do is get the original owner to get in contact with Vodafone and asking them to deregister the device.  One of the eForum Team will be able to help them through this process and will be along as soon as they can to help.

If it's registered to a business account, they may need to speak with their old customer services team to de-register it.
