Hi. Our Sure Signal Version 3 has been fine for two years but suddenly has no lights on the front or underneath. The unit does not respond to holding the reset button until your finger hurts.
Everything on the network is behaving as normal.
Table lamp plugged into the sure signal unit gets power.
Is my sure signal dead?

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thank you for the reply.
As the troubleshooting made no difference, I rang customer service. They are sending out an envelope so I can return the unit. Unfortunately, there are no replacements in stock.
Bad news, since my home office has almost no vodafone signal. I am virtually uncontactable until it is replaced. Coffee breaks on the street to pick up messages, for me. Sad times.
