Sure signal not working

Hello, my sure signal isn't working again, I have reset and switch off and on, there is just the power light on the front the data lights have stopped flashing on the back... Any ideas?

It is the one that you connect with the cable.

The top one is a Version 1

The middle one is a Version 2

and the bottom one is for a Version 3

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I haven't got a computer, is there no way that you can do the test remotely?

Your speeds are very low which could be causing the issue. You'd need to speak to your internet service provider (ISP) about this. 

 

You also mention there are no lights flashing at the back, this points to an issue with your Ethernet cable. Please try another cable to see if this helps.
