My sure signal is completely dead no lights no nothing. I've tried all the resets etc and plugged it into another socket. But nothing. What do I do now?

@MPIOW Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread.

Hi,
Look at this thread > https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Suresignal-V3-Overheated-Blew-Up-Exploded-Hot-B...
Might I suggest you unplug it for now and call Customer Services.

REMOVE THIS DEVICE IMMEDIATLY FROM THE SOCKET.
It is dangerous and suffered a serious internal failure.
Please read the link below for details on obtaining a free replacement regardless of Warranty status.
Alex SHOULD NOT in anyway have suggested testing the device as you've clearly stated 'failure with no lights'.
Alex.. suggesting a user performs tests on a clearly failed and burnt out device is not safe!!
The OP clearly stated it had failed..
It is important to report all failed SureSignal V3 using the links below to:
