I have tried on at least six occasions to get some help through customer support, and despite being assured that the location of my device has been changed it's still not working. The orange phone light comes on but the red light is still flashing. I have been resetting the device intermittently but no joy. How can I resolve this issue without spending yet more time on the phone?
Following a call to the sure signal technical team the problem is now resolved - all down to a faulty ethernet cable. Just a shame this wasn't picked up through earlier calls.

Hello @plum01 and Welcome to the eforum.
We as fellow customers here cannot access your account I'm afraid.
Please do look at the Troubleshooting self help tips.
Then if your still stuck I've read on tbe eforum that this gets a person through to the Soecific department.
"Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."

Tried customer services as per advice and have found that the ethernet cable was the problem. Hope to have the device working shortly.
