On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

Speed test - 5.77 mbps download, 0.38 upload
ping result - 65 milliseconds, jitter - 12 milliseconds
External ip - 86.128.242.209
VCC Trace route - attached - this was the only way I could copy it

Hi njarnold
The hops on the traceroute need to be under 200, at point 8 it seems to spike quite high, this could be causing the issue that you’re facing. I'd recommend contacting your internet service provider for more information.
You can also try de register and re register your Sure Signal to see if that helps. Steps on how to do this can be found in the troubleshooting Kay provided above.
