Sure signal re sync

My sure signal has been working fine for months, but since the start of December it has just stopped working. I can't get a signal or anything the white world light just constantly blinks. I've tried changing the postcode and all that(resets etc) but I am running out of ideas. Can you re sync the unit. Serial number 40131541555 I'm fed up now it's costing me my business as I can't receive calls.

Hi Brummie999, 

I've done a resync for you, please do a reset to complete the process;

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
