Sure signal resynch

Hi guys, my current iphone 5 wont register with my suresignal, is there any way you can re-synch it please the serial number is 21196761155

Thanks for posting. The serial number you provided seems to be too long. Can you check it for me? 

The quickest way to register your new SIM is to de-register your Sure Signal and set it back up from a factory reset. Once reset it can take up to an hour to come back online but chances are it's quicker than waiting for a response to your post.

If you still need a hand though, you're welcome to post back.

Many thanks Ben, the number is correct it's a sure signal V1 do I need to wait a hour before re-registering it?

Hi richbrownuk,

I can see you registered your Sure Signal yesterday evening and it connected to our servers at 18:47 last night.

I’ve just resynced it for you.

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

• Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
• Keeping the reset button held down, remove both the Ethernet cable and power lead
• Re-insert the power lead
• Once all the lights display, release the reset button
• The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour
• When the Sure Signal is back online, re-insert the Ethernet cable.
