Please help,
I have changed my micro sim to a nano sim ready for my iphone 5 delivery today, however since I swapped over the sim card my phone won't connect to the sure signal.
My wifes phones is working fine, please help

Hi Rahim,
Even even reynced by online team, my new phone with new sim is not picking up suresignal 3g.

Hi Carly.
Can you please why my main number which i did a sims swap is still picking up the 3g signal from my sure signal.
Fyi, My wife's phone is working fine .

Sorry to hear you're both still having issues with your Vodafone Sure Signal.
Please complete the following steps:
- Remove the number from the Sure Signal using your online account
- Reset the Sure Signal, please see below:
- Then finally re-register your number using your online account.
Let us know how you get on.

Mine is the main account holder number. SO dont see an option to remove it from sure signal. PLease advice

Hi , I have added a new number to my suresignal box , but it is not been working with the sure signal box , in the past I have had to ask for you to re-sync my sure signal box.....I have already tried everything else that I can try my end .
Please can you re-sync my suresignal box that is the only thing that has worked in the past , I hope you will be kind enough to do this for me as the second number has very poor signal and that is why we use a sure signal box from vodafone.

Thanks for letting us know about your issue.
I've performed a resync on your Sure Signal device. Please allow six hours for this to complete.
We also suggest restarting your phone after the resync is complete.
Get back in touch if this hasn't worked and we'll look into this further for you.

My Sure Signal refuses to pick up my wife's new phone despite removing and re-adding her number. Please resin my Sure Signal. The serial number is 21227846603. Thank you.
