Please follow the steps below to complete the process:

Hi,
I have had to change my regular sim for a micro sim for a new phone, but now my sure signal will not work.
I think that it may need a resync - the serial number is21230012680.
Many thanks
Suzanne

You need to remove your number from the Sure Signal section on My Vodafone, and then re-add it after a couple of hours.
If your number is the owner you'll need to deregister it for at least six hours, and then re-register.
Thanks,
Amanda

If you're able to make and receive calls that indicates that the Sure Signal is working.
Do you have more than one device connected to the Sure Signal?
