Hi, our sure signal set up after about 1hr last night and was still on when we left for work this morning, on arriving home at 14:00 it has a flashing red light and solid amber next to it I believe this to be internet. I have tried unplugging it also holding reset button for approx 1min then unplug and plug back in whilst holding reset button an all that happens is red power light Solid and white flashing internet light flashes for some time until returning to flashing red power with solid amber internet.
On Dashboard its showing
Serial Number * 40124118106 Status active
We have only just re-entered a contract with Vodafone on condition of the sure signal giving us signal at home and if this cannot be resolved we will have no choice but to leave as this sure signal does not do as promised, my colleague has a similar item through 3 and all he did was plug it in and it's never been a problem for a long period of time, we both use the same isp TALKTALK so seems strange that there is so many problems with these items.
Please help.

I have set the ip address as static for the sure signal in my router and it has stayed connected since yesterday

Hi Heysham,
Everything you've posted here so far looks OK and I can see that there was a connection last night, so judging by your last post the fixed IP looks to have sorted things.
If you do find you have further issues down the line if you can provide the rest of the details PaulE requested, along with a fresh traceroure, we'll be happy to take a further look for you.
