I need to deregister  my sure signal no 40112502386  so I can register it for use with a new payg phone and account

You can deregister your Vodafone Sure Signal online.

You’ll need to be the owner of the device for this to work.

The problem is that the account the sure signal is registered to is no longer active or accessible as I moved the number to another network.
