Hello,
We are a wireless and fibre optic broadband ISP that has recently started connecting customers to one of our networks. When connecting one customer, we tried to move over their SureSignal box to our connection but it is refusing to connect to your systems.
The range is 149.5.110.0/23 (149.5.110.1-149.5.111.254).
I think I know what the problem is. These IPs only were recently put in our name by Cogent and previously showed up as being in the USA. WHOIS now shows as being in the UK :-

All that I get is a red light on the newer style SureSignal device.
Can one of the staff here please speak to your network guys to get this range updated ASAP please?

Hi craigbrass,
Unfortunately this isn’t something that we have control over and although we have queried this for you we are simply unable to add this to the whitelist as the RIPE data base has the following results when looking at your IP range;

As they are notUKregistered we can not add the IP ranges due to the risk of being able to use them abroad.

Could I add my voice for a speedy resolution to the IP address registration issue which is preventing us from getting our Sure Signals to connect to the Vodafone network.
I'm sure the tech team is busy but this should be a simple issue to resolve so could it be given some priority please. Without my Sure Signal the Vodafone coverage around here is less than ideal and I require my phone for on call commitments and the risk of missing an urgent call because my phone is in a black spot is significant.
Kind Regards

We are still waiting for this problem to be resolved. Very disappointed that we can't use our sure signal at the moment as we have very poor coverage without it.

We still have a sure Signal box that is not working!!
After finally buying one so we had network coverage in our house - we upgrade the internet to allow it to work better and now it stops working.
Please can we have a answer to this ASAP because I work from home and I'm missing important calls.

My ip address is 2.120.60.109.
Why has the Vodafone sure signal not working. I work in a hospital and Need to be reached via mobile when I'm on call.

Hi
Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
Thanks

Hi rlmarsden72,
Thanks for your post here.
I have checked the IP range for you and can confirm that it isn’t being blocked.
Please can you let us know exactly what is happening with your Sure Signal and follow the relevant instructions on the troubleshooting threads as mentioned by Matt, once done, please post the results in this thread.

Hello,
Can you confirm the entire 192.175.40.0/22 has been added? I have added some users to 192.175.42.x and they are unable to use SureSignal.

Craig Brass,
