Hi,
I'm new with the suresignal, don't know it is working. I have only the first LED (power light) is solid and others is not flashing or light up like the support website said. I tried to reboot the router and the suresignal as well, but my SIMs still have bad 3G speed. Is there any way to login into the suresignal and look the status and debug what is going on.
I did try to tracert like some of the post suggested.

Looks like i can reach the 212.183.133.177 from my laptop. The sure signal S/N 21230526143.
Any help?

Hi Jenny:
What type of broadband connection are you using for the SS? Can you tell us the type of router it is connected to?
Do the leds by the netowrk cable plug flash randomly?

I believe it's normal ADSL broadband by BT? The router is Billion BiPAC 7402GXL Router.
No, the network cable has solid green color.

Everything is fine with your traceroute.
Please switch your router off and on, plus reset the Sure Signal:
The Sure Signal is getting stuck whilst setting up, so this will help.
