Hi,
We recently got a suresignal unit for our home. When first connected a few weeks ago it took quite some time to connect and become functional.
We had an issue with our broadband over a week ago and had to restart the router, since then the suresignal unit will not connect at all. The white internet light was flashing for a full day then changed to the 2nd and 3rd orange lights.
I have opened all ports suggested by the vodafone website, tried to carry our a reset on the unit on a couple of occassions but still no luck.
Is there anything else required to make the unit connect?
The Suresignal device is plugged in in a different room to the router but is cabled directly into it.
