de registering sure signal

I,m  trying  to get  my  sure  signal  de  registered  I  cant  access  online as  I  am  no longer a  customer  but  want  to  pass   it  on  to  a  vodafone  user

i rang vodafone   and the  guy  said  i  dont  need  to  do  anything  if  i am  no longer a  customer????

 the  new  user  can  put  their  number   on  it   but  im  sure  it has  to be  deregistered  my  myself  the  owner

is  any of  the  tech  team  about  to    help  me  please

Hi there

What you needed to have done is deregister the device online in My Vodafone before you ended you contract.  As you have not done that, one of the eForum Team will need to help you out.  THey will be along within about 24 - 48 hours or so to send you details on how to get in touch.
