Hi,
Just bought a v3 suresignal. It is setup with a static WAN IP with no firewall from a block provided by the ISP but is not working. I have spoken with telephone technical support who were frankly rude, unhelpful, and had no trouble shooting steps except speak to your ISP.
The device has a flashing red light. The first internet light is unlit. The second and third mobile signal and mobile phone icon are lit orange.
I am using a nich isp in the UK (AAISP) and I suspect the IP address is not allowed in the vodafone system. Telephone support had no clue what I was talking about and refused to check / add it. Can a vodafone representive please check the following IP Range:
This includes IP's 81.187.12.249 through to 81.187.12.254
The sure signal is currently on 81.187.12.252 and responding to pings but if you can add them all just in case the network config changes in the future.
