Hi
Been getting texts/emails for weeks now asking me to update the postcode of my Suresignal box. This has been happening since I bought a new router. Anyway, I have reregisted it a couple of times now - but still the messages come.
Annoying!
Working fine though.....

when you say reset - do you mean just repower the box? I've done that if so.....

Hi got text and emails today asking me to confirm location of my Sure Signal today. So not fixed I'm afraid....

That's strange! James definitely updated the location profile.
Another location change has been detected so I've updated the location again which should stop the messages.
Could you make a note of your external IP address and then if the messages start again compare it after you receive another message?
If they are different then we can assume your ISP is sending updates or your internet connection is dropping during the night.
