Haven't used my Suresignal for months, never got it working last time so I gave up. Having another try. Suresignal is registered, after previously being Suspended due to lack of use, but cant access the Vodafone system.

@AS-IT After checking our system, we can see that the Vodafone Sure Signal hasn't been used since February 2017 and is showing as inactive.
You can follow @BandOfBrothers advice or alternatively contact our Live Chat team who can also get this reactivated for you
