I have trawled through all forums and tried everything. All I can say is that I can see that it is connected to my router through the portal. Please help me to get this to work. I have used this little box for the last 5 years at my old address and has worked perfectly. Surely by now there must be a quick fix - there seems to be a lot of chat on here but no answers 🙂 Look forward to your earliest reply. (removed for security) Thanks Jane

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
