Suresignal Version 3 - second phone issue

I have a suresignal version 3 . It works fine with my iphone 6.

 

I have registered my wifes iphone 5 but it will not connect at all , wifi is on and on the same network .

 

If I turn the wifi off on the iphone 6 and on on the iphone 5 it suddently shows no service on the 5 and will not connect - weird . There is local netowrk but weak ?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
