@GroovesRus,

The lights you describe indicate the Sure Signal is failing to authenticate on our network.

Often this points to changes in the background from your ISP.

Please check the correct ports are open and that the Smart Setup is disabled on your router.

Hi DaveCD

I have applied the port forwarding as in the page you linked - see attached.

I have a Homehub 3 so there is no SmartSetup feature for me to disable.

The page also states "Your router also needs to assign the Sure Signal with a DNS (Domain Name Server) address via DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)."

I believe this is in place, but I don't know how to check it has a DNS address.  I know it has an IP address but I don't know how to check it has a DNS name - see attached

I have already spoken with BT Broadband support but they refused to discuss anything deeper than "is my overal broadband connection working".

Is the trace route I provided indicating correct connections/routing from BT?

Thanks in advanced

@GroovesRus - Thanks for the additional information. Everything seems fine with the trace route. I've resynchronised your Sure Signal, so please leave it connected for the next 24 hours.
