Hi all
For the past couple of days my VSS 3 isn't connecting to Vodafone. The red light is on but the first of the other 3 lights is pulsing slowly with no other lights on. I have tried resetting but just comes back up as the same. My internet connection is fine, well above the requirement & the VSS 3 has been working well for ages.
Some help please?
Cheers

Hey @burleigh
I've read before that sometimes unplugging the sure signal for a few hours and re plugging it in can be the remedy.
I hope you get this sorted ASAP.

@iwaneds Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

Hi all
Iv'e been away for a few days so thought i'd take the easy option as advised & unplug the VSS3 for a while...
Plugged it back in today & nothing, not even the red power light.
The passthrough works OK as I have another device plugged in to it.
I'm presumming that no power light means its at end of life!
Can anyone fix these things or is that it?
Cheers

Hi Rahim,
Your request isn't clear - post back the results of what? The thread doesn't ask me to carry out any instructions that produce an output. The only instructions are to set up port forwarding which I'm not prepared to do, considering the SS was working perfectly until last week.
As I mentioned in my post, your colleague said that Vodafone were working with a number of ISPs to resolve a known issue - is this not the case? Either way, I've been without a signal at home for 6 days now...

So, you go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread and click on the link that is most appropriate to your issue. If your issue isn't listed, you click on the "issue no listed" link and post back the results from the various tests it asks you to do.

I click "light one on, light two flashing"
Other than that, there are no other tests listed.
