Suresignal problem

Hi,

Am new on here.. bought a SS box before Xmas, but due to office problems was using the signal from someone else's box across the way in another office. Just moved my own office (a few feet) but cannot pickup the old (borrowed) signal, so I have tried resiting and using the new box again. I had already registered to me and my postcode (BA11 3QD).

Sorry if this is repetetive with other threads but my problem is slighly different and I can't find the instructions on any of your pages. My box is the 9361 Home Cel V2-V, serial no 40123242923 (for MAC). I have this am resited the box, plugged it into the network and was rewarded with a flurry of lights. Now the red light is on constantly, and the light on the rhs, the circle with the bars, is flashing slowly and has been for the past hour.  Does this mean it's still configuring? Should I wait? Should I reset (and how?)?

There are variable bars on my Bold, and the 3G symbol is on.

Hope you can help

Thanks so much

Judith

Hi Judith

A warm welcome to the eForum :smileywink:

When I first installed my Sure Signal, it took just over three hours to activate.

It sounds like everything is happening as it should, if not stick around and one of the Team will be able to give you expert help.

Hi mcurry75

Welcome to the eForum :Smiling: I can see thesoupdragon has offered help here (Thanks :)) and he is right it can take a couple of hours for the Sure Signal to activate.

I've taken a look at the device with the serial number provided and can see that it did connect last night at 23:44 can you let me know if its working for you today?

Thanks
