Suresignal registration

I moved into a new building in 2011 and paid a lot of money to buy a sure signal box because there was no reception. I then moved to a different network and moved back to Vodafone a week ago after 2 years absense. 

I am trying to register the suresignal box but I've been told that it is registered under a different user. They apparently have a different phone number linked with the sure signal and cannot deregister it. 

Can someone from the Tech team look into this please - Or I'll have no choice but to cancel my contract and go back to EE !

We're unable to re-register a Sure Signal box when it hasn't been used for more than 12 months I'm afraid.
